You will need at least 6 months left on your residency passport/permit on day of your departure for you to be eligible for a visa.

The requirements vary based on the country. However, some things are constant. A cover letter, a photograph, 3 months bank statement, Passport, Residency Permit, Flight Tickets, Accommodation Reservation, Travel Insurance, Enrolment letter from University etc.

Please note your Passport and Residency permit should have at least 6 months left before expiry on the date of your intended departure.

When you subscribe it gives you unlimited Schengen visa applications for 12 months. So you have more than enough time sort out your holiday.

You can apply as early as 6 months before you travel. If you have upcoming travel plans within a 6 month window, apply early so you can secure an appointment before your deadline and beat the appointment wait times.

No, we don't pay the visa fee itself. Visa "appointment" fees can range between countries from £0-40 with visa "application" fees costing around 80 euros (adults).

The Schengen visa is a short stay visa and takes the form of a sticker affixed to the travel document.

The definition of “short stay” is a stay of "90 days in any 180 days period". This means that the total duration of stay is of maximum 90 days, in any period of 180 days.

The precise length of validity of your visa is indicated on the visa sticker under the heading “Duration of visit”.

As a general rule, once a Schengen visa application is submitted to the Consulate, a decision is taken by the Consulate within 15 calendar days. This period may be
extended by up to 30 days or 60 days depending on visa centre demand and schedules.

No, the decision on your visa does not come from us but from the embassy. We have no control on the decision from the embassy. We are not able to speed up the decision-making by the embassy. Our job is to help guide you to create the best application to present, and altogether help you build a positive travel history that will make future applications easier and more likely to succeed.

This is not realistic. Schengen visas require 15-20 days for processing after the appointment date. An appointment can take a day to a few weeks to obtain depending on the location and demand at that time. Also, the calendar is often open 1-3 months ahead, this means if you start for example in January, the only appointments that could be visible could be for Feb, March or April in some cases depending on the country. There is always the possibility of earlier cancellations that can give you a sooner date, but its best to start early!
